It's true...in my workout last night, I lifted 68,985 pounds.

Not all at once, mind you... :)

That was the total workout volume in a new Time-Volume Training workout that I just tested out that I call "Countdown Sandwich TVT".

I trap bar deadlifted 315 lbs for 219 reps using a sandwich of two different methods... Countdown TVT sandwiched between two sets of 20 rep deadlifts.

It's horrible, but in a good way... and yes, that is a thing.
