Summer is coming...and if you want to LOOK
bigger than you actually ARE, you need to
learn how to build muscle strategically.

Building overall mass with squats and deadlifts is critically
important, don't get me wrong...

...however, once you reach a certain level, to get the look you
want, you need to streamline your approach and focus on the
muscles (and aspects of those muscles) that will have the
biggest VISUAL impact on your physique.

Case in point, when I took this picture, I only weighed 183 lbs...
(at 5'10")...but I LOOK a lot bigger than that.

all the right places, creating that look of being 10, 20, 30 pounds
more muscular.
