Subject: How to NEVER "Diet" (while Losing Fat)

It may sound odd, but overeating doesn't make you
gain weight, necessarily.
In fact, if you overeat "correctly,"
you can facilitate muscle growth, which, in turn, will raise your
metabolism and help you actually lose weight.

Affect your body's metabolism and you'll experience
long-term results.
The time of punishing yourself for
"making a mistake" is over, as you're about to realize
that there's no such thing as a "dietary mistake."

Think about your nutrition this way:

  • If you eat determines the state of your Autonomic
Nervous System ("rest & digest" vs "fight or flight")

  • What you eat gives your body energy (either a lot,
a bit, or somewhere in between)

  • When you eat determines 'how much' of what you eat
can be digested (before you exercise, after, late at night,
    or early in the morning)

  • How you eat affects ease of digestion and cellular metabolism
    (speed, hydration, bite size)

  • How much you eat determines how much you have to burn/use
until it all breaks into sugar and gets deposited as fat (can you
work it all off and use it for muscle?)

On the other hand, there's an evil little gremlin that can
change the outcome of every decision you make
, from
a nutritional standpoint -- this dirty little devil can take
a 100% predictable dietary situation and completely
confuse your body into using 'energy-food' for 'fat deposit'
instead -- which will lead to massive confusion surrounding
losing weight and being healthy.

Inflammation changes how your body processes food for
energy, muscle, or fat
. It also makes fat 'sticky,' so it's much
harder to get rid of. This is done by adhering food to your intestinal
walls and cholesterol to your arterial walls. Kill inflammation, and
begin responding 'normally' to food.
