Subject: How to CRUSH your bench press lockout (a killer, new technique)

The barbell bench press...I think you might be familiar with it.. :)

...and one of the main hitches people run into with it is the lockout.

If the lockout is a problem for you, THIS is an exercise you need to check out...

It's a lateral band bench press that puts increased tension DIRECTLY on the triceps at the top of the movement, forcing them to work even HARDER.
