Subject: Here's a DOABLE way to get lean in 12 weeks...

You want to get ripped? Well, getting ripped isn't easy...

However, it doesn't have to be impossible.

And it's NOT impossible when you have a straightforward blueprint for getting it done.

A few months back, I was introduced to a guy by the name of Oualid Zaim. This is a picture of him now...lean and muscular. This is a level of bodyfat and muscularity that most guys would be quite happy with.

He didn't always look like this.

He started out looking like THIS picture on the left, then gradually progressed to the picture on the far right.

Oualid has put together a comprehensive training, nutrition and lifestyle manual explaining exactly how he did this.

He calls it the "Metabolic Amplification System."

I've read through and one of the things that stands out to me is that it's absolutely DOABLE for pretty much everybody.

I've read, tested and created a LOT of programs....some are extremely demanding, strict, and, to be quite honest, not easy to do unless you literally devote most of your life to the program.

That's not what you'll get with Oualid's program.

It's designed around 3 workouts per week, with targeted nutrition patterns that allow you to eat like a "normal" person much of the time. Naturally, you'll still need a caloric deficit to lose fat, but it's not extreme, focusing more on long-term fat-loss and muscle growth.

Is this program revolutionary? Nope, however it's VERY good and built around solid training and eating principles.

If you're an advanced/experienced trainer, this is not for you. You'll likely know most of the stuff in the program. However, if you're a beginner to intermediate level trainer, this could be exactly what you need to get past that "beginner gainz" phase of your physique development.

It's a blueprint for getting lean and building muscle, using proven methods that you can follow and achieve results like clockwork without spending your whole life training and eating like a Shaolin monk.

Oualid has done a really nice job with this program. It's well put together and easy to follow.

If you're looking for a program to build 20 pounds of ripped muscle and deadlift a truck, this isn't the program for you.

However, if you want to get LEAN, build quality muscle mass and gain some strength using a program that doesn't dominate your life, this is an excellent choice.
