Subject: He LAUGHED when I asked to work in on the 120s for bench press...

And then I blasted out a set of 15 reps like it was a warm-up...

He was the biggest dude in the gym but he wasn't laughing after that...

And not only did I outlift him on the bench press, I went right over and did a superset with 455 lbs on the deadlift...

...then came right back to the bench press and outlifted him AGAIN on the bench press...

...then went back and did even more reps on the deadlift!
