The 12 weeks are divided into 3 modules, with 4 weekly strength training workouts (2 full body, 1 lower, and 1 upper), a warm up sequence, plus mini lessons by a physical therapist that go over everything from piriformis pain and pelvic floor function, to getting the abdominals to fire, to hip and low back pain, to correct breathing patterns, and more.

In addition, these coaches went outside of their scope of expertise, bringing in professionals from other fields to cover a broader spectrum on hip and low back pain, plus nutrition, fat loss, shame and vulnerability, habit-building, conscious living, and much more.
