Being honest, this single-week repeating template puts together all the dietary wisdom I've accumulated over the past 30 years and distills it into a simple, easy-to-use template.

This template allows you to lose as much fat as you want while also still eating whatever you want (at certain times, of course).

I've been using this template for awhile and you may have seen a skeleton version of it...I'm going to fleshing it out and putting together a full-on training program to go with it.

This dietary template is, quite honestly, awesome. I've never had such an easy time losing fat and keeping muscle and performance.

I call it Jekyll and Hyde because you're going to be going from one extreme to the other in terms of how much and what types of foods you're eating. It's incredibly effective and easy to stick to.

 

2. Two Block Mass (coming February 2020)

If you're stuck in a muscle or strength-building plateau, this is exactly what you need.

You'll be strategically overloading your body with training volume then pulling back and piling on the strength.

You'll get 4 blocks each of accumulation (volume) and intensification (strength) training that you can put together in any combination you like.

This is one of the single most powerful concepts I've ever used in my own training. When done in this fashion, it puts muscle and strength on pretty much automatically.

 

3. Time-Volume Training (coming March 2020)

TVT is one of the most groundbreaking concepts in training that I've ever used. It's a form of density training that gives you the exact template you need to make non-stop progress.

It's self-correcting, meaning you'll know exactly how much weight to use, how many reps to do and when to increase weights.

You can use it for building muscle or strength and for losing fat.

You can use it to improve strength dramatically in a specific exercise or focus attention on a lagging muscle group.

I've come up with a wide variety of variations of the base concept that you can use to keep yourself making progress and/or change the focus of the training.

It's literally one of the most powerful concepts you can put to work in your training...it's that good.
