Subject: Fix Your Squat:...the SIMPLEST way to learn how to squat properly...

So this exercise is a bit of a departure from my normal "insanity"...it's a very cool exercise that my
wife, Kelly, actually showed me.

The moment she showed me what she was doing, I saw the great potential in it as a teaching/learning
tool for the squat exercise.

She has knee issues and has a hard time doing full squats. The exercise she came up with is basically
a way to control the movement from top to bottom, allowing you to sit back at the start of the squat
(eliminating the MAJOR problem that most people have with squats), and squat all the way to
rock-bottom with FULL confidence that you'll be able to come back up.

Using proper form like this and being able to go to a rock-bottom squat without having to worry
about whether or not you'll be able to make it back up can be a gamechanger when learning how
to squat.

Because honestly, learning to squat isn't just about form...it's about CONFIDENCE in your ability to
come up out of the bottom, whether it's just with bodyweight or with 400 lbs on your back.

Re: Your Glutes....

In addition, being able to squat down to the bottom with proper form is help you activate your
glutes much more effectively than the shorter range squats that most people end up doing because
of improper form.

When you put this technique to work, you will involve your glutes to a MUCH greater degree in
the squat movement.

If you generally find you don't feel your glutes working much when you squat, this exercise can
help you fix that.

(side note: this exericse is also very effective for rehab situations due to the high level of control
you have over the movement).

Enjoy!
