Why Meal Plans Can Accelerate Your Fat-Loss Success

Now, I've made it no secret in the past that my personal preference is not to follow meal plans...so I know it's a bit strange for me to have a meal plan product!

The thing is...while I personally don't use meal plans, I think they can be an INCREDIBLY valuable tool for LEARNING HOW TO EAT.

Good nutrition is not something that is ever really taught to most people...it's a gradual learning process that is riddled with misinformation, pitfalls and wrong turns.

It can take YEARS to learn what works for you, how to structure your eating patterns, what foods to eat, when to eat them, how much to eat, etc. It's one of the biggest hurdles you're likely face when it comes to successful fat loss in the long terms.

Honestly, it can be downright OVERWHELMING.

Meals plans are like learning a language via immersion (i.e. living in the country where they speak that language). It's the fastest and most effective way to develop an awareness of what you need to be eating for long-term fat loss.
