Subject: Decline Split Squats (and my apologies!)

Couple of quick things...

 

1. My apologies for the link issue on that email I sent out earlier today. I've had a few people let me know it had warnings come up. That didn't happen on my computer when I tested it before sending that out, so I apologize!

So definitely don't click it, if you haven't already. It doesn't appear to be anything dangerous, though. Just annoying.

 

2. Yesterday, I did one of the best versions of Split Squats that I've ever found, using a decline bench. It's insanely effective for leg and glute training.
