Feet Up Floor Barbell Bench Press

Hit your core hard while doing bench press with this
combo/balance movement. It's essentially a barbell bench press
done on the floor with your feet held up...it's going to give you
great core training while work the muscles of the upper torso.
Great for teaching your body to keep the core tight while
benching.
