I'm actually in the middle of a huge website redesign and realized I didn't have all my exercise videos up on my YouTube channel.

(That was actually a 140 lb MMA training dummy I bought...and this was literally how the UPS guy delivered it on my driveway. Combine this with all the sledgehammer work and insane pushing, pulling and carrying workouts I do outside in my neighborhood, everybody around here thinks I'm completely out of my mind.... :)
I've got some killer stuff coming this spring and summer that you won't want to miss...(I'm not even sure some of it can even physically be done, so we'll see...).
