Subject: Are your shoes making your feet "stupid?"

I know that sounds weird...hear me out...

Your feet are not solid stumps of meat and bone.

When you're walking barefoot in your house, the bones of your feet and toes shift and move...just like they should.

However, when you pack them into a shoe that's not designed to allow your feet to move and give you good contact with the ground so that you can FEEL the ground under your feet, your feet get "stupid."

This affects your balance and your ankle strength...and not in a good way.

You might be familiar with those "5 finger" shoes that looks like gloves for your feet...that's the concept that they're going after.

However, while they might help your feet not be stupid, they do LOOK stupid (you know I'm right: ;).

That's where Xero Shoes come in...

I've been wearing these for years, pretty much exclusively...I literally never wear any other brand of shoes.

I've got their training shoes (for inside - you'll see them in every single video I shoot...they're blue...and a different pair for outdoor training), I wear them for everyday use (around town and walking my dog), I have a pair of their winter boots (waterproof and toasty warm), I have their hiking shoes...heck, I even have their dress shoes!

The shoes are designed to allow your feet to move naturally within the shoes and FEEL the ground underneath you.

This is gamechanger...and one of the reasons why I don't wear anything else. It make walking, moving, balancing, etc. easier.

And the shoes LOOK great....they have men's and women's styles (my wife has a few pairs, too, and wears them all the time).

Right now, they've got a special clearance sale of up to 40% off select styles

This is a great opportunity to get some fantastic shoes that can actually help you make your feet "smarter".

Check it out here...it's only for a few more days.

Here's a video review of their minimal sandals (love these in the summer).

Z-Trail Barefoot Shoes Review

Here's a short video review of their Terra Flex shoes that I wear daily.

I've known the owner of the company, Steven, for about 15 years...back when he sent me a pair of his "do it youself" minimalist sandals in the mail.

He's taken his craft to a whole new level and created an entire line of awesome footwear.

Definitely check these shoes out now.
