Subject: Amazing new lat exercise (Low Pulley Prone Pulldowns)

This is one of the best "isolation" exercises for lats I've ever found.

While it is a compound exercise, not technically an isolation exercise, the setup forces the lats to take center stage while keeping you from moving and cheating (which is the biggest issue I see with pulldowns for most people).

This position and forced strictness puts massive muscle-building tension on the lats.
