Subject: A plank for back and glutes (looks just crazy but works great!)

And it DOES still work your frontal core muscles quite strongly as well, especially when you add extra weight like I'm using here.

This is an uncommon variation of the plank that primarily targets the posterior aspect of the core and body. Adding weight is also going to bring in the anterior core very strongly as well.
