Subject: A new Push-Up variation that will TRASH your pecs...
And it'll do it MUCH more effectively than regular push-ups...I promise.
It adds direct lateral resistance (and movement) to the regular push-up...and it's awesome.
I came up with this one just a couple of days ago and I'm going to be working it in regularly from now on.
