            So what 
            I've got for you is Fat Loss Circuit Training (a workout 
            style taken from my Metabolic 
            Surge - Rapid Fat Loss program) 
            done using ONLY an empty Olympic bar.
            
            I purposefully 
            limited myself to this one simple piece of training
            equipment to force myself to get creative (like I really need
            a reason to do that ;).
            
            The result 
            was an incredibly intense and challenging workout
            that I honestly never saw coming...and I liked it so much, I did
            it again the next day.

            through ALL the exercises in detail and showing the full 25 
            minute workout at about 8X normal speed (so you don't have
