Subject: 3-part KILLER chin-up intensity technique...

This is one of my all-time favorite methods for getting truly COMPLETE work on a muscle.

You'll be using different rep ranges and ranges of motion, targeting each of the three major fiber types in one extended set for maximum results.

I call this technique a Range of Motion Triple Add Set.

It will SHRED your lats from top to bottom...and all you need is a chin-up bar.
