I've read through it, cover to cover (if you can do that with an
ebook :) and I have to say the program is EXCELLENT. It's
designed primarily for busy guys (and girls!) who don't have the
time, energy or recovery levels to train more than 3 times a
week.

This program is right on the money, in my opinion...rock-solid
program design based on years of research and experimentation on
his own training clients.

The core concept of the program (Accumulation and
Intensification - we'll talk about those in detail during the
seminar tomorrow) is something I KNOW to be extremely
effective...it's what I base my own programs on, to be quite
honest!
