Subject: Why you SHOULD lose fat fast...(NOT 1-2 lbs per week)

Standard advice for losing fat is to take it nice and
slow with a small caloric deficit to ensure you're
losing fat and not slowing down your metabolism,
right?

While that method might work for some people, I don't
like it at all.

I would rather target EVERYTHING I do to one specific
goal (i.e. fat loss) and hammer away at it as hard as I can
for a short period of time so I get massive results within
that short period of time.

This is how I find the body works best and it's the way I
designed my own Metabolic Surge fat-loss program. This
is how I've ALWAYS approached fat loss...don't mess
around. Deprivation stinks, so just get it done.

Think of it as fat-loss "intervals"...short periods
of intense work followed by periods where you back off
into more "normal" training and eating to give your
body and mind a break.

And that's why I REALLY like the approach taken by the
guys (Shaun, Dan and Joel) who put together the Xtreme
Fat Loss program. It's all about highly-targeted strategic
training and eating to maximize fat loss in a very short
period of time.

Then you're done.

Then you can do it again, if you want more results.

There's no long, dragged out period of months and
months of suffering. You go in hard and you get it done.

So I've got an article here I want to read through...it'll
give you some good insight into the factors you need to
take into account if you really want to hit fat loss HARD
and get maximum results in very short periods time.
