It's called the Slayer
Barbell and it's one of the most versatile
training bars I've ever worked with.
The leverage-based design allows you to more tightly lock your
arms into the exercises you're doing. This pays major dividends
in exercises like curls and tricep extensions...it can also be used
for extremely effective versions of shoulder presses and front
squats as well.
