Subject: This is legit...15 minute, "no equipment" fat-loss workouts...

So...

1. You want to lose fat FAST...

My solution to the first two things is to combine your resistance
training with your cardio training, so you're doing BOTH
at the same time.


I call it Fat Loss Circuit Training (
weight training sets alternated
with cardio training instead of rest periods).

This workout style is incredibly effective and extremely time-efficient...

...but it's not perfect...

I recently connected with a trainer by the name of Jason Klein.
He's a former fitness instructor for the US Navy, and I was
happy to learn that he LOVES this style of training, too...used it
when he was training Navy recruits and uses it with his clients now.

Here's the BIG difference, though...his version
of this "combined" workout style is focused entirely
on BODYWEIGHT exercises, along with
"non-machine" cardio.

He calls it Interval Cardio Resistance Training or ICRT™...

...and this bodyweight focus means you can do this style of training
ANYWHERE...no limits on what equipment you have available
or worrying about getting in people's way in a crowded gym.
