Two Barbell Angled Hack Squats/Deadlifts

If you train at home and don't have a rack, or if you want to target the
teardrop (vastus medialis) muscle of the quads, this is the exercise for
you. You just need two barbells to do and it will allow you to hit your
legs HARD without need a rack to squat in.
