I just wanted to give you a heads-up that I've now got
sample "lean mass" meal plans available for Weeks 2-4.

They cover four different caloric intake levels and have
shopping lists included.

Definitely keep in mind, when it comes to meal plans, they're
NOT required for the program.

I personally don't use meal plans, but I do know that they
can be helpful if you're looking for guidance and ideas on
what and how much to eat.

So feel free to follow them exactly or grab what you find
useful from them and use that!

nline Exercise Video Database - More Videos Added!

I've been continually adding and shooting more videos for
the library this past week. If you've got questions about
how to perform any exercises or training techniques in the
program, there's a likely a video in there that will answer
that for you now!
