Because for the next 36 hours ONLY, you can
get my Hybrid Training book for just 9 bucks
...

Hybrid Training is literally one of my very favorite books that
I've ever written.

It's a method for combining multiple forms of resistance into
one exercise to adjust for the strength curve of an exercise
and/or change the direction of resistance DURING an exercise
to better target the muscle and movement.

Which is a completely BORING way of saying what Hybrid
Training will REALLY do for you...put MASSIVE growth-
producing tension on your muscles from the start to finish
of every single rep of every single exercise you do.

Your muscles get NO break and NO mercy.

So right now, I want you to look at this picture...

This is THE best example of a Hybrid Training exercise that
I've got. This is a Hybrid Dumbbell bench press movement.

I'm pressing a couple of 105 lb dumbbells. I've got low pulley
cables attached to my wrists using ankle straps and I've got
sets of chains attached directly onto the dumbbell handles.

The dumbbell press gives you greatest tension on the pecs
at the bottom of the movement. This tension naturally
decreases as you press to the top. In fact, in a normal press,
you have to FIGHT to keep tension on the pecs at the top.

Now take the cable flye/press. There is almost NO tension on
the pecs at the bottom...but MAXIMUM tension as you bring
the handles together at the top.

Combine these two forms of resistance (a la Hybrid Training)
and you've systematically eliminated the weaknesses of BOTH
exercises.

You can do the exercise like this and get GREAT results for
your chest with it.

Being slightly insane like I am, I also decided to not only
address the directional loading pattern of the exercises, I also
addressed the strength curve component of the exercises....by
using chains.

You'll notice that at the top of the movement there are still
some links of chain on the ground. This is by design. Because
at the BOTTOM of the movement, more links of the chains are
on the ground, which reduces the overall load at the bottom.

As I press up, more chain links come off the ground, increasing
the resistance as I press to lockout (which is also when the
leverage of the exercise improves, making me able to lift
heavier loads).

See where this is going?

By combining three different forms of resistance into ONE
exercise, I've created a Frankenstein exercise that attacks the
pecs from EVERY angle and direction all at the same time.

This...is Hybrid Training...and it's got techniques like this
for EVERY major muscle group in your body.

Now go get it for 9 bucks for the next 36 hours only...
