Subject: Hybrid Training...killer training system broken down and explained [new video]

Hybrid Training...it's the combining of two different forms of resistance into ONE exercise to...

  • eliminate exercise weak points,
  • put continuous tension on muscles
  • better match the strength curves of exercises
  • change the direction of resistance to target muscles according to their biomechanics.

It is seriously one of THE single most powerful training concepts I've ever used in my training.

Let me just give you my own current experience with it...I'm using
Hybrid Cable-Barbell Deadlifts right now with my Muscle Explosion
program (if you're familiar with it, I'm on the 5 days in a row of
doing 1 exercise and that's the exercise I picked).

This is the first time I've done this cycle with a Hybrid exercise...
I wanted to see what would happen. Well, I worked this exercise
for 20 minutes last night and today my ENTIRE back is lit up
in a way it's NEVER been lit up in my entire 20+ years of
training
...from the top of my traps, down through the lats,
rhomboids, teres, all the deep muscles and everything down into
my lumbar area...EVERYTHING is sore today...and now I only
have four more days of it to go... ;).

Now naturally, you don't have to take it to this level to see results. The
concepts behind Hybrid Training are incredibly effective for building
muscle and strength even with just a few sets (actually, even fewer
sets than conventional training are required because of how efficiently
Hybrid Training acts on the muscles).

To give you an idea of the logic behind Hybrid Training, I've put
together a short 10-minute video explaining exactly what Hybrid
Training is and what it's all about. I think it'll help give you an idea
of just how insanely powerful this style of training is.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to haul myself down to my basement
training lab and grind through a 25 minute session (the workout
time goes up by 5 minutes each day) of Hybrid Cable-Barbell Deadlifts.
If I survive, I'll post a video tomorrow.
