The One-Arm Push-Up is a feat of strength that
VERY
few people can properly do.

Personally, I think the exercise is awesome...it requires strength
AND technique to perform, you can use it to build muscle mass
in the chest, shoulders and arms, and once you're good at it,
you've got yourself a great party trick ;) (ok, maybe that's not
high on your list of priorities).

For this one, I'm going turn it over to my friend and fellow insane
trainer Alex Zinchenko. I've known Alex online for awhile now...
he's extremely knowledgeable about bodyweight training and
you're going to love the detailed instruction he gives you on this
one.
