          merit...it's an eating pattern I've actually
          evolved to gradually over the years myself just based on what I found 
          worked 
          best for me. 
          
          Because in addition to just working 
          better (and this is according to scientific
          research), I don't want to spend all my time cooking and eating small 
          meals
          all day long. It's a pain in the butt.
