Subject: 11 of my best testosterone-boosting exercises...

So the past few days I've talked about a few different aspects of
keeping your testosterone levels higher...after all, as a guy, your
biological clock is ticking, too.

As you get older, "T" levels drop due a variety of factors, many of
which you CAN actually do something about.

Now, one of the reasons I've been sending you this "T" boosting info
(aside from the fact that it's good info and I hope it helps you!) is that
my friend and colleague Jeff Anderson has put together an incredibly

The Exercises

What I wanted to do today is give you a few of my favorite exercises
that I grabbed out of my membership site (PowerfulTrainingSecrets.com)
for increasing testosterone levels...they're heavy and they're challenging,
which is why they work so well.

And just on a side note, any exercise that involves heavy weight and a deep
squat position is going to result in large "T" release - that bottom squatting
position is in and of itself a powerful trigger.

You'll also notice there aren't any isolation exercises in this group...the
heavier the resistance you're able to use with an exercise, the greater the
effect it'll have on hormone levels...and involving the big muscles of the
back and legs are KEY to this.

1. Lockout Partial Squats

2. Barbell Hang Clean & Press

3. Power Dumbell Rows

4. Dumbell Zercher Squats

5. Reverse Band Barbell Bench Press

6. Front-to-Back-to-Wide Stance Squats

7. Rows to Deadlifts In-Set Superset

8. High Rep Deadlifts

9. Power Rack Deadlift "Machine"

10. In-Set Superset of Dumbell Split Squats And Forward Leans

11. Switch Leg Split Squats

Just fyi, I wouldn't recommend doing all of these exercises in one workout
if you want to have a chance at getting up stairs or driving safely for the
next few days...pick a couple and work them into your training and see
how they feel, then try a few more the next time.

These exercises, along with the information found in Jeff's book, can
really make a difference in your training and your life.
