Combine kiln fused glass with hot shop techniques in "Freeze, Fuse, Form" taught by Jessalyn Mailoa from August 30 to September 20, 2023.

In this four-week workshop you will create intricate fused glass elements using a process called “freeze & fuse.” You will use glass powder with silicone molds and learn about kiln firing schedules. The fused pieces will then be applied to vessels or sculptures you create in the hot shop. This workshop is project-based, so you are strongly encouraged to utilize the techniques learned in class to create unique work.
