Red Star Studios is proud to present a special lecture by Fellowship Artist-in-Residence, Paolo Porelli, and his partner Lori-Ann Touchette. Porelli and Touchette are the founders of c.r.e.t.a rome, an international center for ceramic arts in Rome. Porelli will talk about the body of work he is creating at Red Star Studios in preparation for his exhibition at Belger Crane Yard Studios this May. Touchette, an archaeologist and art historian, will discuss trends in contemporary ceramic arts in Italy. This lecture is free and open to public!
