FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Kansas City, MO – Red Star hosts its annual Holiday Open House at Belger Crane Yard Studios, December 5 through 7, 2014. Pottery, sculpture, jewelry and more, created by Red Star Studios resident artists and studio members, will be on display and available for purchase. Visitors can meet the artists, while enjoying stress-free holiday shopping. The first 100 visitors to make a purchase, receive a free hand-made gift by participating Red Star artists. Red Star's 2014 Holiday Open House, is one of the tour locations included in the Kansas City Clay Guild's Holiday Pottery Sale and Studio Tour. |

Red Star Studios, a mainstay in Kansas City's ceramics scene since 1998, features a functional and sculptural ceramics gallery, classes, workshops, and artist studios. The Gallery showcases work by emerging and established regional, national and international artists. Classes and workshops are available for all skill levels. The Studio is also home to a renowned Artist-in-Residence program. The Holiday Open House will take place at Belger Crane Yard Gallery located between the East Crossroads and Kansas City’s 18th & Vine District at 2011 Tracy Avenue. Exhibitions are also scheduled at Belger Arts Center located in the Crossroads Arts District at 2011 Walnut Street.
