Contemplate your daily rituals and create ceramic vessels specifically for them! In Designing Ritual with Lilly Powell, you will focus on design that elevates the everyday (think egg cups, jewelry/adornment holders, and more). Whether you enjoy coil building, slab work, or throwing on the wheel, you will choose your preferred method. Classes continue to sell out so don't delay.

Make Your Own Glass Heart

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and we the perfect gift idea!

Come to the Belger Glass Annex (1219 E. 19th St., KCMO) on February 5 and make your very own glass heart! Get a feel for what it's like to blow glass as professional glassblowers guide you through the process of adding color and shaping molten glass. Bring your sweetheart for a unique date experience, or make a heart as a gift to give to that special someone. Finished hearts will be ready for pick up at Belger Crane Yard Gallery beginning February 11. Reservations are $50 per person and open to all experience levels. Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Date Night

Bring a fun friend or sweetheart to a Date Night Pottery Class at Belger Arts Center (2100 Walnut, KCMO). Learn to throw on the wheel, decorate what you make, and we'll fire and glaze it. Your finished work can be picked up one month after class. Date Night happens every Friday and Saturday through March! Classes sell out quickly (especially around Valentine's Day), so don't delay!
