Belger Arts Center presents William Christenberry: Tracing Time, opening Friday, November 6, 6 pm – 9 pm at 2100 Walnut St., Kansas City, MO 64108.  Tracing Time includes photographs, drawings, paintings, and sculptures from the Belger Collection, some never before seen in Kansas City. The exhibition offers an examination of Christenberry's relationship to Hale County, Alabama, where he spent his summers as a child, its influence on his conceptual approach and artistic vision, and the psychology of place and memory.  Advanced registration for the opening reception is not required but is recommended to ensure social distancing and to keep visitors and staff safe. Belger Crane Yard Studios presents Noelle Hoover: Digital Debut, opening Friday, November 6, 6 pm – 9 pm at 2011 Tracy Ave., Kansas City, MO 64108.  Noelle Hoover's simplistic forms are adorned with repetitive marks that can be found in nature, such as on urchins and mountains. Her use of repetitive mark-making also creates a textural experience for the holder, along with her drippy glazes. Noelle Hoover's work will be available in the Belger Crane Yard Gallery and online, starting Friday, November 6.  Advanced registration for the opening reception is not required but is recommended to ensure social distancing and to keep visitors and staff safe. Holidays at the Belger Crane Yard Gallery, opens Friday, November 13 at 2011 Tracy, Kansas City, MO, with an array of artworks that are available for purchase through January 4, 2021.  Holidays at the Belger Crane Yard Gallery is an annual tradition that includes textiles, ceramics, glass, and more, by artists from across the country.
