Dearest yogis,

We have just been informed that the Bribie Community Arts Centre is close g due to C Virus from 4pm today until further notice.

As such yoga classes will also stop until we are advused otherwise.

As you are all aware this current situation is unprecedented and i will keep you informed as anything changes.

I pray you are all safe and well and encourage you all to sustain a home practice for yourself and as a blessing for all over the coming weeks/months.

Peace, faith and compassion is dearly needed at this time.

You may like to include this mantra in your meditation practice that Amma from Sri Narayani Peedam (where i have recently visited) has pronounced for world hraling and allaying of fears.
