I am safely back on Australian soil after a profound journey on so many levels...the ramifications of which i will be sharing over the coming weeks and of course I will be self isolating along with many of you for at least the next 2 weeks!
I hope you are all well and adapting to this time of massive and rapid change and know I am here for you if you need me.
Yoga Australia has advised that ALL yoga classes discontinue at this time, so I am looking into ways to continue to provide yoga at this much needed time.
During these next 2 weeks I will be hosting FREE yoga classes online at the same times as usual classes. Those of you that have prepaid passes, we will just put them on hold and you can enjoy 2 weeks of free online classes.
We will be using the ZOOM platform, which will enable us to see each other. It is a simple platform to use, just go HERE to register with zoom well before the first class, so that you can sign in with ease at time of class.
Ensure you have good WIFI connection and turn on your video/audio on your device.

After this time, I will review the situation and we may continue online classes or move to an outdoor venue with social distancing, or a combination of the two.

I will be sharing a specific mantra for the removal of all DIS-EASE given to us by Sri Sakthi Amma at Sri Narayani Peedam - the ashram i stayed at recently in India.
This is an opening....a time of heightened potential....a calling to honour the divine within and around us.
An opportunity to uplevel consciousnes and allow the next highest expression of YOU to be revealed.
