On Thursday, March 26 I will lead an all-day seminar on “Recipe Formulation Essentials" and on Saturday, March 28 “Advanced Recipe Formulation”. Many of my friends like John Palmer, Gordon Strong, Chris White, John Blichmann and others will also be speaking there!
