Hi Friend, Bill here.

I'd like to talk about the new Lucifer-Amaymon group grimoire that's coming out at midnight on night if August 27. As most of you know, this is volume two in a nine-volume series. The first one on Belial came out earlier this year, and this one continues the exploration into night-side gnosis that comes about through particular deities that all do function together for maximum effect, if you choose to work with all the grimoires in order in your own time frame.

However, with this presentation, we are gonna focus mostly on Lucifer and Amaymon. Now, exactly who are these beings? I know to a lot of you listening that you are already familiar with one or both of them that we will be discussing in the upcoming book, so I'm not gonna spend a lot of time on a review. However, if you're new to this material, this does serve as a starting point for your own research and personal gnosis.

The Identity Of A "Light Bringer" Deity
Preexists Abrahamic Religion

Of course, the first one to address as it does make sense, is Lucifer, the light-bringer. For those of you that are not familiar with the material in Awakening Lucifer, one of the things that Asenath Mason and myself discussed is the fact that Lucifer the term means light-bringer, and in that way, it's more of a title. However, the entity of Lucifer and the concept behind Lucifer, dates back far before Abrahamic faiths, which is something that a lot of people intentionally ignore as an excuse to work with him.

Now I mention this because we find the idea of a light-bringer, or a solar deity, in pretty much all world pantheons to a certain degree, but in this tone, what we're gonna focus on is the relationship between Lucifer and Amaymon. Who is Lucifer? Lucifer is the light-bringer, Lucifer is Venus at morning. Lucifer is the morning star. Lucifer is the one who was punished for seeking equality. Lucifer is a being that, well, it's kinda hard to put into words, because you kinda gotta experience Lucifer by working with Lucifer. Lucifer is not for the timid. Lucifer is not for the weak. Lucifer is not for the self-destructive, either.

To borrow a phrase from a very popular and fantastic movie, Lucifer is a fan of man. Therefore, working with Lucifer brings us into our own personal power, which is interesting because it brings us back to the roots of the western esoteric tradition dating back to ancient Persia, where the fulfillment of our desires, the betterment of ourselves, and the betterment of the world around us is actually what is desired by the God head. Lucifer fulfills all these things, yet at the same time, Lucifer makes us do the work. If you're a hard worker, you can get a lot out of your connection with Lucifer, whereas if you're lazy, well, you'll still have success contacting Lucifer, it just may not be as dynamic as you desire.

Who Is This Fascinating Amaymon?
How Does He Connect To Lucifer?
Where Did He Come From?

Then who is Amaymon? Now, this question is a little bit trickier, because Amaymon is quite fascinating. One of the earliest references to Amaymon comes to us from the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage, where he is listed in there. As you'll read in the upcoming book, there are a lot of different traditions, or at least grimoires, that work with Amaymon, including the popular Goetia.

I mention this here because what's interesting to me is that we find references to Amaymon and we find references to Amaymon in Abramelin, we find references to Amaymon in the Goetia, but what's hidden between the lines and really didn't come to my awareness until working on this book with the other esteemed authors, is the Lucifer Amaymon connection, number one, and number two, the fact that Amaymon is really a descendant or a different perspective on the Egyptian god dating back to pre-dynastic times of Amu, before the merging of Amun-Ra.

Amun is the light and the darkness. Amun is the hidden sun. You could easily say Amun is the black sun. When you're looking for a connection between Lucifer and Amaymon, you'll see that in the upcoming book, we talk about the connection between the light-bringer and the sun at midnight. Now of course, that opens the door to greater extrapolations and greater inquiries regarding the black sun, regarding Thagirion, and of course if we're gonna talk about the sun behind the sun, let's talk about the true astronomical sun behind the sun in the guise of Cirrus.

Amon Is The "Eye Of The Dragon"

Finally, for those of you that work with the Draconian tradition, Amon really is the eye of the dragon, peering out to us from the void when we decide to make contact with that energy. Now, in addition to going into greater depth and detail of Lucifer and Amaymon and the connection between the two that's covered in the text, at least in my section of the book, I put something in there that was a real test for me, and the results of that are shared with you in there, because Amaymon is a Goetic entity, and that is how Amaymon is mostly recognized today.

Because of that, I broke down an evocation ritual and put it in the text. For those of you that have never had an evocation template to use before, you'll find it broken down in easy to understand terms. For those of you that are experienced evokers, you may get some fresh insights on how to do your own practice, as well as some thoughts and some different perspectives that you might not have seen otherwise, but also for you experienced evokers, I should mention here that the template that I clarify and put in the text is the one that is taken out of the Goetia.

It's that ritual format, just cleaned up and modernized, and points explained and extrapolated so that we can see the underlying principles and what's actually going on behind the scenes. In that way, it's a very rye, tongue-in-cheek sun behind the sun interpretation of the Goetia, in a lot of ways.

Anyway, I want to keep this brief, because I don't want to give away all the secrets of the tome, but I know myself and the other fantastic authors that had a hand in this book all have their little pearls of wisdom that are overt and covert within the lines. When you pick up a copy, make sure that you're familiar with the material of Awakening Lucifer.

If you work with a Draconian tradition, make sure that you're familiar with Rites of Lucifer. I also assure you that if you're not familiar with either one of those texts, the other authors and myself in the book have done our best to make sure that it's a stand-alone Tome. Even though it's book two in the nine-volume grimoire series, you can use it autonomously, and I encourage you to experiment with it, to play with it. See what gnosis Lucifer can bring you. See what it means when you work with Amaymon, and how it differs from Aman, yet at the same time, connects very strongly to the ancient Egyptian Draconian times.
