What every Sorcerer at one point of their development realizes is, that their ability to cast spells, do divinations and other occult operations, is directly correlated to their ability to reach altered states of consciousness at will. The universe is multidimenional. So is the human being. The physical universe, that which is processed through our physical senses, is a tiny percentage of what actually exists. Not only that, the physical universe is merely a result of the processes that happen in a more subtle dimension of energy.

Consider the following illustration an example of what happens in the universe at all times. We could define energy as particles in motion, which is a definition most physicists would agree with. When something materializes in the physical world, it is the result of condensed energy. You can see that with the radioactive metal Uranium for instance. It is a physical substance, however it is unstable. Its' particles are not bound to each other in a very stable manner, which is the reason why this substance is used to build nuclear weapons. When the particles dissolve, energy is released. This results in an explosion. You might say the transfer between matter and energy is "on the edge" when it comes to Uranium. This is just one example of what is happening all around us, all the time. With anything that comes into the physical universe.

This has, of course, very practical implications for your own life and goals that you pursue. As you begin to exert effort, taking actions towards the accomplishment of whatever goal you might have, you begin to set a few invisible mechanisms into motion. First of all, you have now begun to materialize your goal, even though it will take effort over a period of time to fully manifest it physically. Obviously, there usually is a lag of time between when you have created something spiritually and the moment it manifests in your life physically. Secondly, you have activated another law. Another law that states that for any force, there is an opposite and equal opposite force. And this is where people get in trouble! When the opposite force, manifested as obstacles, shows up in their lives, they get distracted. They take away their focus from the original goal and start focusing on the obstacle. Which, of course, brings them more of the obstacle. So it is very important that you do not get distracted by obstacles on your way to achieving things.

Magick, actual witchcraft, is a technique that allows the Sorcerer to energize a desire and goal to such an enormous extent, that it is sure to manifest, with much less effort afterwards. And with less resistance to the manifestation as well. Divination, evocation, necromancy and more forms of witchcraft can all be employed for this purpose. In order to do witchcraft, you need to reach a state of awareness in which you can consciously interact with the world of energy. When you have attained awareness of this other world you have to be able to mold it through focus and imagination, which will be the blueprint of what will come into your life physically as a result of that. What is important to note is, that once again, anybody is using this mechanism. Knowingly or unknowingly. The sorcerer is just a master of the laws that govern the invisible worlds and uses that to increase his power over the events playing out in the physical dimension.

This alteration of consciousness is the keý to the sorcerer`s full magickal potential. Having realized this, in 2012, I asked Lucifer to show me the states of awareness of the Gods. To show me the perception of the Gods. Lucifer agreed to show me this, but he also made clear that this could only be done in a partial posession over the course of three weeks. What followed was a life altering and incredibly intense time that has changed and transformed my understanding and spiritual essence forever.
