J.D. TEMPLE The current situation that our world is facing is difficult and complex. We want to address the severity of the situation that the entire world is dealing with right now. This is not something that just one state in the United States is dealing with. This is not something that just one country across a vast ocean is dealing with. This is a pandemic that everybody is dealing with, that we all need to talk about and address. We need to equip ourselves as best we can to handle this situation, and not just in the mundane world, but magically as well. That is why we have created our virus hijacking ritual that we're going to be performing together, the four of us, on April 12th, Easter Sunday which is a rather auspicious day to be performing a black magick ritual, but I think that is going to give us so much added potency in regards to the energy.

ORLEE STEWART Plus, the blasphemy factor of that day. Since due to the virus, less people will be congregating in places of worship for Easter. We will be harnessing all of that energy into our ritual!

J.D. We are hijacking all of the energy that is usually going to be dedicated to Jesus, to God, that whole entire pantheon for our collective ascent.

BARBIE GARRETT If you look back into the history of what Easter is, it's Ishtar’s day. It is the day to celebrate the new birthing of creation. If you wanted to get pregnant, you would sacrifice your prized goat on that day. Or if you needed your crops to grow, you would plant them and you do a sacrifice on that day. We're talking way back throughout history. So I really think that grabbing this energy and pushing it forward in the direction we wanted to go is going to be very interesting.

J.D. To perform a rite like this is going to empower you magically and to really give you a rebirth, a new beginning, because regardless of how things turn out, the world is going to be a different world. Things are going to be different. Things are going to have changed. They will never be the way they were in the past and we need to do whatever we can to empower ourselves through this time.

J.S. GARRETT We're going to be referring to the time after now as post virus, just like post 911. Tyranny never lets a crisis go to waste. So essentially we have to think the same way and not let this crisis go to waste, and use their own fear and terror that they're instilling within the population against to liberate ourselves and empower ourselves. We will be doing the opposite of what fear is designed to do. So, this ritual is going to be done for people on an individual level but there's also a larger purpose behind it.

This is necessary in order to create a new breed of sorcerers. Every great person throughout history all has one thing in common. They were all in communion with higher dimensional entities. They all practice magick and sorcery. Everyone from Jesus Christ to Genghis Khan. So we all needed to look at that example of history and say, "Okay, what can we take from that? What can we learn from that?" The answer is to practice black magick.

ORLEE There is an amazing opportunity with this experience that we're all going through. Even though it is extremely dark, it has created this situation where we can use magick to create a new reality. So we must start working on having an intent behind it instead of just allowing the media or fear to control us and the direction that we want things to go. It should be our choice as magicians and we can really take advantage of the period of time that we're in right now which is what the ritual is all about.

J.D. This is an opportunity to really grow spiritually. Big time. It is our time to take a huge quantum leap because there's so much energy out there floating around right now. We are certainly upgrading our consciousness and this is going to be a huge catalyst in doing just that. This ritual is that catalyst in my opinion.

J.S. The shamanic aspect to responding to disease and natural disaster is what we are basing our ritual upon. The shamans recognized these things. They looked at a volcano as a conscious entity that was a living, breathing thing and that's where throwing virgins into volcanoes originated from. There was a sacrifice to keep that thing from exploding and killing all the people in the village below. They would make sacrifices to viruses. To stop the famine. It's the left hand path approach. The magician is going to say, "Okay well that presence is already here. I wonder if it can be my friend."

If you're a black magician or white magician, I could really not care less. We all work with both hands and embrace magick as a limitless thing instead of putting constraints on ourselves. It doesn't matter what path you walk, if you have the least bit of an open mind, and the least bit of a knack towards practicing the esoteric arts. Then we need to get on the same team here. So one thing that I want to do is encourage everyone who is a practitioner to join in with us on the 12th. Whether you sign up for the right or not, we've given you guys the basic layout of what we're doing in this ritual and I would like everyone to construct their own piece of that, to bring it to the table and join us in the circle at sundown on Easter.
