Do you know your top 5 leadership strengths? How can you leverage them for effective leadership in your life, work and ministry? And how can you manage those pesky weaknesses that hamper your growth and success?

Join North American Division Women's Ministries Adventist Women Leaders on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, for a “lunch and learn” experience at the Adventist Ministries Convention in Greensboro, N.C. At this special event, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  1. Meet and fellowship with women leaders from across North America.

  2. Receive a personalized report about your top 5 strengths and engage in activities and discussions designed to enhance your understanding of your outcomes; and

  3. Take home free books and tools to help you maximize your leadership potential.

Registration Checklist

  1. Register today for the luncheon.

  2. Check your email. Further details on the luncheon and when you'll receive a personalized link for the StrengthFinders assessment will arrive.

  3. Take the assessment.

  4. Print out and/or download the results and bring them to the luncheon on Jan. 11.

The cost is $40 per person and includes a buffet lunch, a StrengthFinders assessment and report, presentations and activities, and books and resources for each participant.

“There is a beautiful freedom in being able to lead in the way God created us to be,” says Leah JM Dean, executive coach, author and keynote speaker for the luncheon.

Our insecurities do not dictate what it is that we are capable of doing.

“With God in the equation, He will give us exactly what we need to show up as long as we submit to Him,” Dean says.

Even if you’ve taken the assessment in previous seminars or other kinds of assessments, Dean believes there is value in repeating the process. She says as a person grows and experiences changes in their lives, they can see shifts in their development from one assessment to the next.

During the lunch, she’ll provide interactive activities and reflection exercises to help participants see how they can use their strengths. Dean will also share important tools for dealing with weaknesses.

“We all have weaknesses,” she says. “The question is, do we focus on the weakness or do we focus on the strength...? We will never be able to avoid the things we consider our weaknesses."

The real goal, Dean says, is to focus on leveraging our strengths to manage our weaknesses.

Don't miss this leadership development opportunity. Register today!
