Timelines in disability accommodation depend on a number of factors — the participant's funding status, what documentation is in place, what level of support is required, and which properties are currently available. There is no single answer that applies to everyone.


What I can tell you is that the more clearly a participant's needs and funding are documented, and the more suited the available property is to those needs, the more smoothly the process tends to go. Every situation is different, which is why the conversation is the right starting point.
