What We Need From You to Move Quickly The faster we can understand the situation, the faster we can identify whether we have something suitable. When you reach out, it helps to have a general picture of:
The participant's current living situation and any urgency or risk attached to it. Their NDIS plan status and whether they have SDA or SIL funding, or are in the process of being assessed. Location preferences or constraints. Their support needs and any relevant assessments that are in place.
You do not need to have all of this ready before you call. But the more context you can give us, the more specific and useful I can be in return.
