Subject: Mercury Rx ✨ Eclipse Update ✨ Your Daily Astrological Forecast and More!💫

Dear Stargazers,

If you're celebrating Resurrection Sunday today Happy Easter!

As for the upcoming week, Mercury stations retrograde, Venus enters Aries and we're inching closer to a powerful total eclipse on April 8 that will be visible to many of you here in the USA.

It's all below, plus a a lunar eclipse update that demonstrates its game-changing power.

DAILY ASTROLOGY FORECAST
April 1 - 7, 2024
All dates and times are given in EDT

Monday, April 1

Although the transiting Capricorn Moon will encourage your ambition, transiting Mercury is likely to make it difficult for you to move forward as planned.

At 6:06 PM, Mercury stations retrograde but before it does so, it's standing still and the

instability of this energy warns that you could experience a travel delay (ground or air), service interruption, mechanical breakdown, misunderstanding or postponement that will throw a wrench into your plans. In addition to flexibility, having a plan B and/or creative thinking will help you navigate any curve balls this influence might send your way,

Since Mercury will be retrograde until April 25, click here for a Mercury retrograde refresher.

Tuesday, April 2

As yesterday's rocky vibe subsides, the level-headed influence of the transiting Capricorn Moon becomes more pronounced, making this a good day to make up for lost ground. In fact, by the time you're ready to break for lunch, you should have accomplished so much that you won't feel the need to rush back to work.

Wednesday, April 3 (Moon is void 1:42 AM and enters Aquarius at 5:09 AM)

Today's Venus-Neptune conjunction in Pisces promotes an appreciation of beauty that could inspire you to make esthetic changes in your surroundings, and if you have any type of artistic or intuitive talent, this influence can help you enhance your abilities.

On a different note, since Venus rules love and money, you could find yourself daydreaming about Mr .or Ms. Right or what you would do if your lottery ticket wins the jackpot.

While there's no harm in doing so, if an opportunity presents itself, it is best to avoid making romantic commitments or financial decisions today, because whenever Venus is under Neptune's spell, people and opportunities usually seem better than they actually are.

Thursday, April 4

Now that yesterday's starry-eyed energy has faded, it's time to look at life through a cerebral lens. Whether you have a personal or professional matter on your mind, the emotionally-detached influence of the transiting Aquarius Moon will help you view the situation with an objective eye.

Transiting Venus enters Aries. Details below

Friday, April 5 (Moon is void 1:41 AM - 7:14 AM)

At 7:14 AM, the transiting Moon enters Pisces, a lunar energy that promotes heightened emotions, imagination and psychic sensitivity.

All in all, this promises to be a pleasant day. In fact, it could be so easygoing that absent a critical deadline or a strong dose of self-motivation, you'll be thinking more about your weekend plans than about the tasks at hand.

Saturday, April 6

Today's sextile between Venus and Pluto could bring a romantic or financial opportunity. If so, you need to be mindful of Mercury retrograde, which suggests whatever begins now could be subject to change once it goes direct. That's not to say don't get involved, but rather that you need to listen closely, communicate clearly and pay attention to details.

On a related note, the combination of the Venus-Pluto sextile and Mercury retrograde is excellent for examining your deepest feelings about any situation in your life.

Sunday, April 7 (Moon is void 4:28 AM - 7:26 AM)

At 7:26 AM, the transiting Moon enters Aries and along with the Sun, Mercury and Venus, sets the stage for what could turn out to be an action-packed day. Given the strong motivating influence of the Ram, you're more likely to spend the day out and about than sitting at home chilling on the couch.

If you feel a bit on edge today, you're likely feeling the energy of tomorrow's intense total solar eclipse.

LIBRA LUNAR ECLIPSE NOTES

In the February 25 newsletter, I used former President Trump's chart to illustrate how an eclipse can play out in real life, because this eclipse falls exactly on Neptune (scandal) in his 2nd house (money) and co-rules his 7th house (lawsuits, prosecutors, adversaries).

Aside from the hush money case that was scheduled to begin that day, it was also the deadline for obtaining a bond for the New York money judgment (2nd house) that was filed against him, and the New York Attorney General (7th house) had threatened to immediately seize some of his real estate properties if payment wasn't made on time.

Like all full moons, a lunar eclipse brings something to fruition or a conclusion.

On the day of the eclipse, it made an exact conjunction to Trump's Neptune in his second house of money and that day:

  • A ruling came on the request for a delay in the hush money case. The request was denied and the trial (law) is scheduled to begin on April 15

  • A ruling from the appellate court (law) reduced the dollar amount of the bond to an amount that enables him to make payment (2nd house)

  • Truth Social became a public company and by the closing bell, Trump's net worth had increased by $4.6 billion (2nd house)

According to some analysts, Wall Street's valuation of Truth Social defies logic and is untethered to reality (see here).

That's the game-changing power of an eclipse.

Whether you were happy with this outcome or distressed by it, I hope this example gives you a greater understanding of the ability of an eclipse to coincide with out-of-the blue events, as well as why they are a valuable but challenging predictive tool for even the most seasoned astrologers.

MERCURY RETROGRADE IN ARIES

April 1 - 25, 2024

Ever since Mercury entered Aries on March 9, his focus of attention has been on himself and how he can be more decisive, forthright and assertive so that he can be a better self-advocate.

TRANSITING VENUS IN ARIES

April 4 - 29, 2024

When Venus is in Aries, she knows what she wants and she doesn't hesitate to go after it.

It doesn't matter if it's a pair of shoes or a lover to share her bed, because the process is always the same.

She sees it, she likes it, she takes it home, and she enjoys it for as long as it pleases her.

And when it doesn't, she discards it in favor of something or someone new.

While that's not a big deal in terms of material things because she usually finds the cash to pay for them, her love 'em and leave 'em approach to relationships is a problem because no matter what sign she's in, Venus yearns for a lasting union.

But when she's in Aries, it's harder to attain one because she's influenced by the Ram's need for instant gratification, a need that encourages her to move on when the union is less than exciting or when she doesn't get her way.

Fortunately, she's also influenced by the Ram's never-say-die attitude and will do whatever it takes to achieve her happily-ever-after ending, and in this case, it means being mindful of where she is too demanding, has unrealistic expectations and is too quick to throw in the towel.

Although she may be challenged in Aries, Venus ultimately succeeds because she knows that she has the ability to love and be loved in every sign.

And so do you.
