Subject: In Memoriam: Chris Flisher

Dear Stargazers,

I'm very sad to share that my dear friend and colleague, Chris Flisher, has taken his place among the stars.

As many of you know, I met Chris in late 2008 when I launched Anchored in Astrology on Contact Talk Radio. A true son of Mars, Chris was already blazing a trail as an internet radio pioneer, having launched Turning of the Wheel there in early 2007.

Over the years, we not only become close friends, but we enjoyed successful collaborations. From 2011 - 2019, we co-hosted the He Says/She Says Astrology show, which aired monthly during Turning of the Wheel (and for a brief time as its own show).

In fact, many of you discovered me on Chris's show, along with numerous other astrologers and metaphysical practitioners that were his guests from 2007 - 2020.

Chris and I also gave joint relationship readings, and whether we were on the air or with clients, I can honestly say that during the 12+ years we worked together, it was always fun.

In addition to being a gifted astrologer and radio host, Chris was a talented mandala artist whose work was exhibited worldwide. But most of all, he was a devoted family man, who raised three young sons after his wife passed from the same illness that has taken him.

During the years I've known him, Chris welcomed daughter-in-laws to the family and celebrated the arrival of several grandsons. He also enjoyed the love of his long-time partner Sue, who cared for him and held his hand on February 3 as he made a painless transition from this world to the next.

Whenever I communicated with Chris during his illness, his courage and never-say-die attitude were always on full display.

As he flies with the angels, becomes one with moonbeams and glides across Saturn's rings, I will mourn him, miss him and be forever grateful to have known him.

But for now, I simply want to offer him my highest praise in one final tribute.

Chris Flisher, you did Aries proud.

She says. 😘
