Dear Stargazers,

October is just a few short days away, and along with Mercury retrograde (October 13), it also brings us two full moons. The first one occurs this week on October 1 and the second one - known as a blue moon - falls on October 31.

But first things first. What might this week's full moon mean for you? Scroll on down to find out!

PLANETARY FORECAST
September 28 - October 4

All dates are given in the Eastern Time Zone.

PLANETARY EVENTS

Oct. 01: Full Moon in Aries
Oct. 02: Venus enters Virgo

BEST DAYS

While there are other days during this time frame that are fine, these are the best of the bunch. What do I mean by the best? The energy is flowing, the moon isn't void and there's a greater likelihood for happy and/or productive outcomes.

Sept. 28

BEST AVOIDED

The energies on these days aren't favorable for new ventures or any activity where you want or need a definite result. If you must schedule something, you may have to think on your feet, or there may be a need for patience or flexibility.

Sept. 29, 30

NOTABLE ASPECTS

Sept. 28:  Venus trine Mars
Sept. 29:  Mars square Saturn

FULL MOON at 09°08' ARIES
October 1, 2020 | 5:06 PM
Washington, DC

The only aspect to this month's full moon known is a semi-sextile to Uranus. Although it's generally considered to be helpful, it's a minor influence that's likely to go unnoticed.

Full moons often bring things to light, to fruition or to an ending, and related events usually manifest within a few day before the full moon occurs or within 5 days (at most) after it's over.

So what might this full moon bring to light? Since Aries represents leadership and the first scheduled presidential debate takes place just 2 days before the full moon, it's a safe bet to say it's likely to bring some interesting headlines.
Getting Personal

If you don't know which house holds 9°08' of Aries in your horoscope, you can refer to the list below to find out which house the full moon falls in your solar chart. Since a full moon involves the sun and the moon, be sure to consider the life areas in the opposite house as well.

If your Sun sign is:

Aries, it falls in your 1st house (your physical body, attitude towards life). Read the 7th house as well.
Taurus, it falls in your 12th house (spirituality, creativity, mental health, addictions). Read the 6th house as well.
Gemini, it falls in your 11th house (groups, associations, hopes, casual friends, colleagues). Read the 5th house as well.
Cancer, it falls in your 10th house (career, fame, status, reputation). Read the 4th house as well.
Leo, it falls in your 9th house (education, law, religion, foreign and long-distance travel, publishing). Read the 3rd house as well.
Virgo, it falls in your 8th house (intimacy, shared resources, other people's support, birth, death, estate matters). Read the 2nd house as well.
Libra, it falls in your 7th house (marriage and all one-to-one relationships including best friends, adversaries, business partners and clients). Read the 1st house as well.
Scorpio, it falls in your 6th house (health, work, pets, diet, nutrition). Read the 12t house as well.
Sagittarius, it falls in your 5th house (romance, children, creative self-expression, entertainment). Read the 11th house as well.
Capricorn, it falls in your 4th house (home, family, real estate, parents). Read the 10th house as well.
Aquarius, it falls in your solar 3rd house (siblings, neighbors, short trips, cars, contracts, negotiations.). Read the 9th house as well.
Pisces, it falls in your 2nd house (income, spending, personal values, self-esteem, tangible assets). Read the 8th house as well.

Releasing with the Aries Full Moon

You can release anything under any full moon, but when it's steeped in Aries energy, it's especially helpful for releasing:

Negative beliefs or fears related to your physical body, energy, passion, ambition, self-reliance, resourcefulness or leadership ability.

Traits or tendencies to be impatient, impulsive, reckless, egotistical, selfish, hotheaded or a bully.

TRANSITING VENUS IN VIRGO
October 2 - November 21, 2020

When Venus is in Virgo, she’s in the sign of her fall, which means her energy is depleted. Considering that during the past several months she may have overspent in Aries, overeaten in Taurus, overbooked in Gemini, overprotected in Cancer and over-partied in Leo, it comes as no surprise that by the time Venus reaches Virgo, her tank is almost empty. >>Read More.
