SOUND ALERTS ~ This morning on a sunrise bushwalk along the Prince Henry Cliff Walk Katoomba, the Cicada sounds were so loud they reached 106db (subway train). We were even getting a "Loud Environment" alert on an Apple watch.

SO LUCKY to have so many wonderful cafes to choose from in the Mountains. This is The Hatters Cafe's Tender Marinated Lamb Skewers served with soft, traditional Greek pita, a rich garlic sauce, and a refreshing parsley salad! DELISH. It's only available for a limited time. The Hatters Cafe is at 1/197 Katoomba st, Katoomba and it's open Fri - Tue 7.30am 3pm.

OPENING HOURS ~ A little while back Smokey Bundits opened in Katoomba. They are Katoomba's first dedicated "burger cafe" place.
