For me, as CEO of Audacious Concepts Inc., 2025 required some significant changes and a few difficult decisions. Some of you may have noticed. That’s part of what real growth looks like—evolving intentionally, even when it’s uncomfortable. It’s the same discipline we bring to the work we do with organizations navigating change, scale, and complexity.


One of those decisions was sunsetting the Audacious Confidence podcast. While we’re still creating video content, our focus has sharpened even more around leadership and team alignment.
