BLACK HILLS AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY PLANNING STUDY ANNOUNCEMENT Dear friends of Black Hills Area Habitat For Humanity, Thank you for your ongoing support of Black Hills Area Habitat For Humanity. As you may be aware, our community recently finalized a master plan that will allow us to advance confidently toward the future. Before we make any decisions on how to move forward with our long-term vision, we would like to hear from you. Beginning September 13, we are conducting a comprehensive survey of the entire organization. This planning study will enable us to determine potential support for the projects that make up our master plan. If we, as a community, choose to move forward, the planning study will also provide us with information to identify prospective campaign leaders and to establish a realistic campaign goal. You will all be asked to share your thoughts regarding our needs and the possibility of conducting a major fundraising effort. The Steier Group, our development firm, will compile this information and present it to Habitat for Humanity leaders. At that time, we will make an informed decision regarding the implementation of our master plan. I believe this process is extremely important, and I encourage each and every member of our community to participate.
